Waiter/Waitress Internship

For The Stellar restaurant, we are looking for training in the dining room team to support the daily operational activities of the restaurant. The candidate will be supported by experienced staff to learn the local service standards.

Main Tasks

‍
prep: Setting up the room and putting in place the tables.

Service: Support in table service, disposal and room flow management.

Reception: Management of inbound flows and customer support.

Cleaning: Maintaining order and cleanliness of workstations and materials.

Command Support: Learning how to use management software for taking orders.

Required Requirements

‍
Languages: Good command of English (minimum level B1/B2).

Aptitude: Punctuality, speed of learning and ability to work under stress.

Aspect: Careful and professional standing.

Formation: Hotel diploma or related courses (preferred, not mandatory).

Documentation: Documents in order for the immediate activation of the internship.

Offer conditions

Reimbursement of expenses: Monthly lump sum in accordance with the law (Tuscany Region).
Timetable: to be defined during the interview
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Opportunity: Possible inclusion in the workforce at the end of the training period.
