What is the difference between Open Flexi and Fixed Desk?

Open Flexi (€120/month) is perfect for those on the move who want total freedom to book a desk whenever they need it. Fixed Desk (starting from €240/month) is for those who need a stable, permanent station. It includes a customizable desk, a dedicated locker, and a set number of meeting room hours. Both plans include high-speed Wi-Fi, phone booth access, and full community perks.

I’d like a dedicated spot: can I switch to a Fixed Desk?

Absolutely. If you realize you need a permanent, dedicated workspace, you can upgrade to a Fixed Desk at any time. The process is simple: just reach out to us and we will check availability and coordinate the transition with you.

Can I book meeting rooms?

Yes! Meeting rooms are available at dedicated hourly rates or through packages, which can be easily added to your Open Flexi subscription. Please contact us for current availability and pricing.

How do I reserve my desk?

Once your Open Flexi plan is activated, just download the Nana Bianca app to book your desk with a single tap. You can reserve your spot up to a week in advance or even on the day of your arrival.

What is included in the €120/month price?

Your membership includes high-speed Wi-Fi, unlimited desk booking via our app, access to private phone booths, and invitations to all community events. You will also receive an exclusive discount at The Stellar bar and restaurant. It’s everything you need to work productively and feel like part of the Nana Bianca community.

How does the cancellation policy work?

We offer maximum flexibility: our contracts are month-to-month. If you decide to cancel your membership, simply give us 15 days' notice. There are no penalties and no complicated paperwork.

Can I access the space on weekends?

No, access is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. This plan is specifically designed for those who prefer a standard work routine and want to fully disconnect over the weekend.

Do I have a guaranteed seat every day?

Reserve your seat in real time through the app in advance or before you arrive at the office. Although the desk is not dedicated, the availability is almost always guaranteed for everyone; episodes of 'sold out' are extremely rare.

I have a question about a position, who can I contact?

The point of reference is always the company that published the announcement. Check the location details: if there are direct contacts or specific links, those are the right channels to receive extra info. Alternatively, you can learn more by visiting directly the site of the indicated partner company.

Are the announcements only for Nana Bianca company?

In each job posting, you will find the 'For which company? 'column, which specifies the employer you would be working for if selected. Nana Bianca hosts this job board to assist our accelerated startups, portfolio companies, and occasional external partners in their search for top talent.

How is the selection process carried out?

After the initial screening of the applications by the contact person, if you pass this phase you will be contacted directly by him (and not by Nana Bianca, when the announcement concerns a third company) for a first cognitive interview. Subsequent steps may vary depending on your position. Due to the high number of applications, we will only contact those who pass the screening.
