We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can orchestrate the entire guest experience with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. This role will report directly to management and coordinate front-of-house staff during lunch, dinner, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise front-of-house staff during all services
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and service, consistent with the venue's positioning
• Manage reservations, table organization, and service flow
• Support communication between front-of-house and kitchen, liaising with the chef
• Train and motivate the team, fostering staff professional growth
• Handle any guest complaints or requests promptly and discreetly
• Collaborate on the management of special events and themed evenings

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry
• Good knowledge of English (essential for international clientele)
• Flexible hours, evening and holiday availability
