The successful candidate will join the administrative/accounting department and will be responsible for: ACCOUNTING
General accounting management (Srl)
Issuing and recording electronic sales invoices
Recording intra-EU, extra-EU, reverse charge, and electronic self-invoices
Management of main tax and administrative deadlines and preparation/payment of F24 forms
Accounting entries for tax compliance (F24, VAT, contributions, withholding taxes)
Monthly reconciliations of all accounts: banks, credit cards, accounts on electronic payment portals (Stripe, PayPal, Wise)
Recording receipts and payments, updating the accounts payable/receivable schedule
Periodic tax compliance, such as VAT settlement, Intrastat, LIPE in collaboration with the external accounting firm
Checking and accounting registration of expense reports
Recording payroll and contributions and related payments
Preparation and control of CU forms for self-employed workers
Management of fixed assets and depreciation
Maintenance of mandatory books and accounting registers for VAT, Journal, and Fixed Assets
Preparation of statements for general and analytical accounting checks to be provided to the Accountant for financial statement preparation – support for financial statement preparation.
Management of client contract deadlines, domain renewals
Drafting of documents and reports to support Management, also in English
Support to Management for the annual management and review of ISO and GDPR/DPO Privacy certifications
Use of the "Dipendenti in Cloud" management software for attendance reporting and the publication of payslips and documents addressed to personnel in collaboration with the Labor Consultant
Meal voucher management
Accounting diploma or a three-year degree in economic disciplines
At least 1-2 years of experience in a company or accounting firm
Good knowledge of ordinary accounting for limited companies (SRL), tax regulations, VAT operations
Proficient with IT tools (Google Workspace Gsheet, Gdoc, Gdrive, Gmail, Gchat, Gcalendar, Gtasks, MS Office Excel and Word) and management software
English language – good knowledge of written language and text comprehension
Must have own transportation
Knowledge of the following will be a plus but not essential: Teamsystem – Contabilità in Cloud (double-entry bookkeeping) / Fatture in Cloud (invoicing)Apple Mac OS environmentBasic use of AI (choice between ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Perplexity)Originating from VARESE / MILAN and its province

On-site (Milan office) for the first 4-6 months, then a hybrid remote/on-site model.
Direct permanent employment contract under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce and Services

Gross annual salary and job classification to be determined based on your profile and experience
