Nana Bianca is an innovation ecosystem based in Florence, built on Startup Studio, Acceleration, and Coworking models. It manages some of Italy's leading acceleration programs, selecting, funding, and mentoring dozens of digital startups every year.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Internship position within the New Venture / Acceleration team, supporting the team's daily operations. The role involves working alongside colleagues in the practical management of acceleration programs, handling activity organization, material preparation, and deadline tracking.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational program coordination:
- Planning and managing the calendar for workshops, mentorship sessions, and program milestones
- Tracking deadlines and monitoring the progress of activities
- Organizational support for Demo Days, community events, and institutional meetings
Document and information management:
- Collecting, verifying, and archiving documentation for startups and programs
- Updating and maintaining the team's databases and shared work tools
- Preliminary screening of applications based on defined criteria
Preparation of materials and communications:
- Creating presentations, reports, and summaries for internal meetings, selection committees, and partners
- Collecting and organizing data to support program monitoring
- Drafting communications and documents in Italian and English for founders, mentors, and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering Management, or related fields
- Demonstrable interest in startups, venture capital, and innovation
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and presentations
- Mastery of generative AI tools applied to daily work: they are part of how we work, not an extra
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong synthesis and writing skills
- Immediate availability
Preferred (not essential):
- Experience in student associations, hackathons, or personal entrepreneurial projects
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of business modeling and financial analysis
- Building AI-based automations, agents, or workflows
- Based in the Florence area
